What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production.

Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. Give the machine model and serial number with your order so we can confirm compatibility with its software. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.
How does RapiDeep differ from ArcDrive?
ArcDrive is standard synergic welding with short and spray arc. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: per the price list faster welding, better penetration and a more concentrated arc with less heat. ArcDrive for this set-up: ArcDrive 1.6 mm, gas M20 (79.S1.23898).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
The curves are tuned to BÖHLER EMK 8 Ultra. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: RapiDeep G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) 1.6 mm, gas M20 (79.RD.015).
