This RapiDeep program runs the T.MAP process for diamondspark 46 MC wire, 1.0 mm, with M21 shielding gas. The manufacturer lists a more stable arc, less heat and fewer weld defects for RapiDeep.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production. A 1.0 mm wire is a good choice for thin and medium sheet.

Which machine can run this program?
Any machine on the list above. TERRA NX 400/500 MSE and URANOS NX 2700 PMC and MTE are not listed for RapiDeep. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
RapiDeep or QuickPulse?
The price list gives both T.MAP processes the same benefits. QuickPulse is listed only for machines that also run PulseDrive, while RapiDeep also runs on TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 1.0 mm, gas M21 (79.QP.03198).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M21. For M20 choose a separate program: RapiDeep 1.0 mm, gas M20 (79.RD.20298).
