What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for high-strength steels, where repeatable heat input and a stable arc matter. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.

Yes, if your model is on the list above. TERRA NX 400/500 MSE and URANOS NX 2700 PMC and MTE are not listed for RapiDeep. Give the machine model and serial number with your order so we can confirm compatibility with its software. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.
How does RapiDeep differ from ArcDrive?
ArcDrive is standard synergic welding with short and spray arc. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: per the price list faster welding, better penetration and a more concentrated arc with less heat. ArcDrive for this set-up: ArcDrive 1.2 mm, gas M21 (79.S1.17998).
Can I use this program with a different wire?
The curves are tuned to diamondspark 900 MC CL. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
