This program runs the advanced T.MAP RapiDeep process for ECOspark 460 wire, 1.2 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. The manufacturer lists a more stable arc, less heat and fewer weld defects for RapiDeep.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production. The 1.2 mm diameter suits medium and thicker plate, typical in fabrication work. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.

How does RapiDeep differ from ArcDrive?
ArcDrive is standard synergic welding with short and spray arc. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: per the price list faster welding, better penetration and a more concentrated arc with less heat. ArcDrive for this set-up: ArcDrive 1.2 mm, gas M21 (79.S1.27698).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
