This RapiDeep program runs the T.MAP process for G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) class wires, 0.8 mm, with M20 shielding gas. According to the price list, RapiDeep raises deposition rate and penetration with less heat input.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for unalloyed and low-alloy steels, which covers most structural work. A 0.8 mm wire works well on thin sheet and in position welding.

Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. TERRA NX 400/500 MSE and URANOS NX 2700 PMC and MTE are not listed for RapiDeep. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
How does RapiDeep differ from ArcDrive?
ArcDrive is standard synergic welding with short and spray arc. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: per the price list faster welding, better penetration and a more concentrated arc with less heat. ArcDrive for this set-up: ArcDrive 0.8 mm, gas M20 (79.S1.012).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M20. For M21 choose a separate program: RapiDeep 0.8 mm, gas M21 (79.RD.007).
