This program runs the advanced T.MAP RapiDeep process for Thermanit JE 308L Si wire, 1.0 mm diameter, with M12 shielding gas. The Böhler Welding price list credits RapiDeep with faster welding, better penetration and a more concentrated arc.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it on stainless steels, where a clean weld and little spatter count.

Which machine can run this program?
Any machine on the list above. TERRA NX 400/500 MSE and URANOS NX 2700 PMC and MTE are not listed for RapiDeep. Give the machine model and serial number with your order so we can confirm compatibility with its software. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.
RapiDeep or QuickPulse?
The price list gives both T.MAP processes the same benefits. QuickPulse is listed only for machines that also run PulseDrive, while RapiDeep also runs on TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 1.0 mm, gas M12 (79.QP.05199).
Can I use another ER308LSi wire?
