This RapiDeep program runs the T.MAP process for Union K 56 wire, 0.8 mm, with M20 shielding gas. According to the price list, RapiDeep raises deposition rate and penetration with less heat input.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production. A 0.8 mm wire works well on thin sheet and in position welding.

FAQ
Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. TERRA NX 400/500 MSE and URANOS NX 2700 PMC and MTE are not listed for RapiDeep. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
How does RapiDeep differ from ArcDrive?
ArcDrive is standard synergic welding with short and spray arc. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: per the price list faster welding, better penetration and a more concentrated arc with less heat. ArcDrive for this set-up: ArcDrive 0.8 mm, gas M20 (79.S1.01294).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M20. For M21 choose a separate program: RapiDeep 0.8 mm, gas M21 (79.RD.00794).
