What it is for
Plug the set into the current socket of the welding machine and weld with covered electrodes. The factory configurations for TERRA NX TLH and URANOS NX include a torch and a work cable but no electrode holder, so for MMA work you order one separately.
Replace the holder when the cable insulation is worn or the jaws no longer grip the electrode firmly. Check the cross-section: for TERRA 500 RC the manufacturer lists 50 and 70 mm² cables, for TERRA NX 400/500 MSE and PME and URANOS NX 4000/5000 only 70 mm².
