Cebora TIG AC-DC EVO 330 T with the number Art. 370 is a three phase industrial inverter source for TIG AC/DC and MMA AC/DC, with a factory integrated liquid cooler and an original Cebora Art. 193 pedal. In TIG you set the current from 5 A to 330 A, and the rating is high: 330 A at a 40% duty cycle, 320 A at 60% and 310 A in continuous 100% work. Supply is 3 x 400 V with a 10% tolerance at 50/60 Hz, with a 20 A time delay fuse.
What this machine is for
Alternating current is here so that you can weld aluminium and magnesium: the positive half wave breaks the oxide layer, the negative one puts heat into the material. With direct current you work on CrNi stainless and acid resistant steels, unalloyed and structural steels, copper, brasses and titanium. The panel gives nine combinations of AC wave shape, an AC frequency from 50 Hz to 100 Hz and a balance from -10 to 10, which matches a share of the negative half wave of roughly 50% to 85%. You assign the wave shape separately for the negative and the positive half wave: the square one gives a strong arc and deep penetration, the sinusoidal one is soft and quieter, the triangular one puts in less heat.
A rating of 310 A at a 100% duty cycle and a temperature of 40°C sets the character of the work: you run long welds on thick aluminium sections and alloy steels without forced breaks to cool the power block. On top of that comes MMA with direct and alternating current in a range from 10 A to 330 A, with Hot Start adjustable in current and time and with Arc Force. AWS E6010 cellulosic electrodes are outside the range of this machine.
The set goes to rebuild workshops and to the motor trade: oil pans, heads, pipework and wheel rims are welded with the pedal, because you modulate the current with your foot during the bead and keep control of the pool temperature. On pipelines, tanks and stainless steel installations the fast pulse up to 2500 Hz works, which stiffens the arc, narrows the heat affected zone and limits distortion of thin walls. On thick aluminium castings you use the MIX TIG process, which alternates an AC phase with a DC phase and shortens the heating of the material.
Features and equipment
- Nine combinations of AC wave shape: you assign the shape separately for the negative half wave, which is responsible for penetration, and the positive one, which is responsible for oxide cleaning, choosing a square, sinusoidal or triangular waveform.
- AC frequency adjustment from 50 Hz to 100 Hz and balance from -10 to 10: a higher frequency focuses the arc, and the balance decides the ratio of cleaning to penetration, roughly from 50% to 85% share of the negative half wave.
- MIX TIG process: the circuit alternates an alternating current phase, which breaks the oxides, with a direct current phase, which heats and fuses, and you set the share of the AC phase from 10% to 80%, which helps on thick castings with a large heat capacity.
- TIG pulse from 0.1 Hz to 2500 Hz in AC and DC, with a setting of the base current and the duty ratio: a slow pulse lays the ripple, a fast one focuses and stiffens the arc, so the heat affected zone is narrower.
- AAd adjustment of the negative half wave amplitude from -80% to 80%: you deepen the penetration and focus the arc stream without overheating the tungsten electrode.
- EVO Start: an automatic pulsed current over a time from 0.1 s to 10 s builds a stable pool at the edge before you go over to the main parameters.
- EVO Lift: you put the electrode on the material, and after you lift it the circuit switches on HF ignition itself, so you do not scratch the part and do not soil the weld with tungsten.
- Memory for nine JOB programs from P01 to P09: you recall the settings for a part in one move.
- TIG cycle ladder: gas pre flow and post flow times, starting current, slope up, slope down and crater filling.
- MMA AC and DC from 10 A to 330 A with Hot Start and Arc Force: rutile and basic electrodes start more surely, and the arc does not go out when it is shortened.
- Built in liquid cooling module with a pump and a pressure switch: a loss of coolant pressure is shown by the H2O message, so the torch does not run dry.
- Original Cebora Art. 193 pedal with a start switch: you modulate the current with your foot from the starting value to the main current set on the panel.
- Wheeled chassis with a gas cylinder shelf: you roll the whole station together with the shielding gas.

What to watch out for
The machine needs a 3 x 400 V mains with a 10% tolerance at 50/60 Hz and a 20 A time delay fuse, and the open circuit voltage is about 60 V. The type 20 torch is a light one with a slim head, meant for precise work and currents in the order of 170 A to 240 A. If you plan continuous work above 250 A, and even more so in the upper range of the source from 310 A to 330 A, choose a torch with a higher rating, because type 20 will not stand it. Before the start check the level and the cleanliness of the coolant, and the pressure switch will report a loss of pressure with the H2O message.
The complete source with the trolley and the cooler weighs 93 kg and measures about 705 x 1060 x 975 mm, so you roll it across the floor, but for a vehicle you need a second person or a lift. Protection class IP23S allows workshop conditions, it does not allow washing with a jet. This is the standard manual version Art. 370, and AWS E6010 cellulosic electrodes are outside the range of the machine. The product record puts the unit in the band up to 400 A, the model documentation gives 330 A, so confirm the configuration before you buy.
How we sell used machines
This unit was checked in our service workshop in Krotoszyn with measurements to PN-EN 60974-4 and a load test. The price includes the first year of the basic service package: an inspection with cleaning of the machine and a validation measurement. Further years can be added. We ship across the European Union, collection in person by appointment.
