The ESAB Aristomig 5002CW, called Origo Mig 5002cw in the source description, is a MIG/MAG welder with liquid cooling, taken off a robot station. The source gives 500 A at a 60% duty cycle and 400 A at a continuous 100% load, on a 400 V supply. It is run by the Aristo U82 panel with synergy, pulse and double pulse.
What this machine is for
This is a set for a plant that builds or rebuilds a robot station. It came complete from a working cell, so once you tie it to the robot controller you have a ready welding path. At 400 A the robot welds in long cycles with no breaks to cool the source.
The Aristo U82 panel gives synergy and pulse modes. Double pulse lays a regular ripple and orders the penetration, so the amount of spatter drops. The Aristo W82 module with DeviceNet ties the source to the controller, so you change the parameters from the robot teach panel.

What to watch out for
The supply is a 400 V mains, and match the power circuit to work at 500 A. The AbiRob W5h torch is a robot torch, so for hand welding add a manual torch. The communication runs over DeviceNet, so on the robot side you need a controller with that protocol. Before you start check the fluid level, the flow and the tightness of the quick couplings. The card gives no weight and no dimensions, so agree transport with us in advance.
How we sell used machines
This unit was checked in our service workshop in Krotoszyn with measurements to PN-EN 60974-4 and a load test. The price includes the first year of the basic service package: an inspection with cleaning of the machine and a validation measurement. Further years can be added. We ship across the European Union, collection in person by appointment.
