Praktik 200 LED Synergy is an inverter stick welder for a 230 V supply. It welds MMA with coated electrodes on direct current (DC), and TIG on direct current with contact ignition. It takes rutile, basic, stainless steel and cast iron electrodes. It weighs 4.5 kg, so you can carry it from the workshop to jobs on site.

Features
MMA synergy
When you set the welding current, the welder suggests the electrode diameter and material thickness that match it. Control is synergic, and you adjust the current steplessly. The clear LED display makes precise setting easier.
PULSE and VRD
The PULSE function lets you weld with coated electrodes on pulsed current. VRD lowers the open-circuit voltage on the electrode to a safe level. This protects you from electric shock when you work in damp surroundings.
HOT START, ARC FORCE, ANTI STICK
HOT START raises the current at each ignition, so the electrode strikes more easily. ARC FORCE makes droplet transfer to the weld pool easier and keeps the arc from going out. ANTI STICK switches off the voltage when the electrode sticks to the material, so you can pull it off easily.
Cooling, protection and generator
A fan cools the inside, and overload protection guards the welder during longer work. You can power it from a generator (+/- 15%).
