Ideal Tecno MIG 211 S-Pulse ALU Synergic is an inverter synergic MIG/MAG welder for MIG/MAG, MIG Pulse, TIG Lift, self-shielded wire (FLUX) and coated-electrode (MMA) welding. You can weld carbon and low-alloy steels and aluminium with it. The pulse function is intended for aluminium, with 1.0 mm wire. It runs on 230 V and delivers up to 200 A in MIG and TIG and up to 180 A in MMA.

Features
Five processes on the LED panel
On the control panel with LED display you choose one of five processes: LIFT TIG, MMA, MANUAL MIG, SYNERGIC MIG and PULSE MIG. The manufacturer recommends the machine for jobs ranging from maintenance work to car body repairs.
Pulse for aluminium
PULSE MIG welds aluminium with a single pulse, using 1.0 mm wire. The weld comes out better in any welding position, and there is less spatter.
Wire, gas and inductance
You weld with inert gas, active gas or a mixture as shielding. With self-shielded wire (FLUX) you weld without gas, with reverse polarity. In MANUAL MIG and SYNERGIC MIG modes you adjust inductance. The torch trigger works in 2T without latching or in 4T with latching for long welds.
MMA with VRD
In MMA mode you adjust ARC FORCE and HOT START. You switch the VRD function on and off. It lowers the open-circuit voltage on the electrode to a safe level, which helps in high humidity.
Construction
A fan cools the inside, and a protection circuit guards the machine against overload. The machine has a factory-fitted mains plug and takes D100 and D200 spools.
