True Color technology, see the real colours
Thanks to a specialised UV/IR filter, the neo p550 gives you an image in real colours (True Color). This lets you assess the weld pool precisely, improves control over the process and noticeably reduces eye strain during long periods of work.
Full control and adjustment
The helmet gives the welder full control over the protection parameters. Continuous shade adjustment in the range 9-13, adjustable arc detection sensitivity and the delay function (Delay) let you set the helmet up for any welding process and current.
Grind Mode, protection beyond welding
An easily accessible grinding mode switch (Grind Mode) deactivates auto-darkening and gives a constant light view (DIN 4). You do not have to take the helmet off for preparation and finishing work, and your face and eyes stay protected at all times.
Optional magnifying lenses
The p550 is fully compatible with the Optrel magnifying lens system. You can easily fit corrective lenses of +1.00, +1.50, +2.00 or +2.50 dioptres, a practical solution for welders with impaired vision.
