Crystal Lens Technology 2.0, see welding in a new light
Crystal Lens Technology (CLT) 2.0 is a major breakthrough in welding optics, reaching a record light transmission of 31% in the light state (protection level 2.0). Your view of the surroundings is practically undisturbed and crystal clear, so you no longer need to keep lifting the helmet. Together with near-perfect colour rendering, CLT 2.0 lets you see the details of the weld pool with a clarity and contrast not available before. This matters most in precision processes such as TIG welding, where every detail counts. Investing in this technology is a direct investment in better welds and a level of precision that standard filters cannot reach.
ShadeTronic®, an intelligent autopilot for eye protection
ShadeTronic® technology works like an intelligent autopilot: it analyses the intensity of the welding arc in real time and automatically selects the right shade level in the range from 4 to 12. This removes the need for manual adjustment, which interrupts your work and is often inaccurate, especially when welding parameters change. The system adjusts the protection by itself, whether you are tacking, pulse welding or laying the cap pass. You can focus fully on guiding the torch precisely, knowing you have optimum protection every second. The result is not only safety but also smoother, more productive work.
FadeTronic®, smooth brightening for eye comfort
FadeTronic® is a patented technology that controls how the filter brightens after the welding arc goes out. Instead of an abrupt switch from dark to light, the filter returns smoothly and gradually to its resting state. The process is synchronised with the natural adaptation of the human eye to changes in light intensity, which significantly reduces eye fatigue and strain. For a welder working many hours, this seemingly small feature makes a big difference to overall comfort. Investing in FadeTronic® is an investment in eye health and less fatigue after a full working day.
True-Color View, a realistic, high-contrast image
Unlike standard filters that give the image a characteristic green tint, True-Color View technology provides natural and realistic colour perception. A special UV/IR filter faithfully reproduces the colours of the surroundings and of the weld pool itself. In practice, you can read the coloured LED indicators on the welding machine panel or identify material markings without lifting the helmet. This improves situational awareness and safety and lets you judge weld quality better by its colour.
