The unit consists of a single-stage cylinder regulator with a pressure gauge indicator and an electric gas heater mounted on the inlet connector of the regulator. It lowers the pressure of gases taken from the cylinder and measures their flow at the regulator outlet, while a thermostat heats the gas and holds it at as constant a temperature as possible.
APPLICATION
The regulator with heater is used for welding with shielding gases: carbon dioxide and argon or their mixtures. When you draw carbon dioxide or a mixture with a high share of it, switching on the heater protects the regulator against freezing.
NOTE
1. Before removing the heater from the cylinder, reduce the gas pressure in the system with the cylinder valve closed.
2. When screwing the heater connections on or off, hold the heater connector with a spanner
3. If the user ignores note no. 2, the heating element may be damaged and the warranty may be lost.
