GALAXY CUT 40 Welder Fantasy HOT Plasma Cutter

The Welder Fantasy GALAXY CUT 40 plasma cutter is made for cutting electrically conductive parts of carbon and alloy steel, aluminium and its alloys, brass, copper and also cast iron. Plasma cutters of the new GALAXY series reach a cutting efficiency of 30%, which allows easy work in typical workshop conditions, industrial ones included. Thanks to the use of the newest IGBT transistors, the machine keeps running continuously and stays free of faults. This cutter will find work in car workshops, in shipyards, in sheet metal shops, in locksmith trades and in many other places. Thanks to its low weight, small dimensions and 230V supply, the GALAXY plasma cutter is mobile and allows work in the hardest conditions.

The machine has a contactless arc striking system with reverse flow, called „BLOW-BACK”. The method moves the electrode backwards at the moment the arc is struck. The clear benefit of this solution is lower wear of consumable parts and electromagnetic interference cut down to a minimum compared with HF striking. That matters a lot for the protection of electrical devices such as controllers, stepper motors or computers standing near the plasma cutter. Another benefit is a lower failure rate, because the HF module is gone.
