The plasma cutter Welder Fantasy HEFTY 125 is made for cutting electrically conductive parts made of carbon and alloy steels, aluminium and its alloys, brass, copper and cast iron as well.
Plasma cutters from the new HEFTY series have a 60% duty cycle in cutting, which allows unhurried work in normal workshop conditions, industrial ones included.
A machine with above average working parameters (a full set of torches and extra accessories are included) will meet the needs of demanding workshops and industrial companies. The unit has an LCD display and a phase monitoring sensor among other things (protection against damage to the machine when a phase is missing).
The unit also has a detailed control panel that allows the following parameters to be set:
- air flow before the arc is struck,
- pilot arc,
- current rise time,
- piercing current,
- piercing current time,
- cutting current,
- current down slope time,
- air flow after the arc goes out.
Note. The machine can be connected to a CNC machine.
