The Welder Fantasy plasma cutter HEFTY 150 is made for cutting electrically conductive parts made of carbon and alloy steels, aluminium and its alloys, brass, copper and cast iron as well.
Plasma cutters from the new HEFTY series have a 60% duty cycle in cutting, which allows unhurried work in normal workshop conditions, industrial ones included.
The cutter can be connected to a cooling unit and used with a liquid cooled torch. On the control panel the user can choose between water cooling and air cooling. The unit also has a built in air pressure sensor that blocks arc striking when the pressure is too low.
A machine with above average working parameters (a full set of torches and extra accessories are included) will meet the needs of demanding workshops and industrial companies. The unit has a detailed control panel that allows the following parameters to be set:
- air flow before the arc is struck,
- pilot arc,
- current rise time,
- piercing current,
- piercing current time,
- cutting current.
- current down slope time,
- air flow after the arc goes out.
Note. The machine can be connected to a CNC machine.
