IGBT technology, Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor, is a modern solution based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the easy control of field effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and the fast switching of bipolar transistors. Using IGBT technology markedly extends the reliable service life of welding machines.

The plasma cutter Welder Fantasy HEFTY II 60 is intended for cutting electrically conductive parts made of carbon and alloy steel, aluminium and its alloys, brass, copper and also cast iron. Plasma cutters from the new HEFTY series have a 60% cutting duty cycle, which allows comfortable work in typical workshop conditions, industrial ones included. Thanks to the use of the latest IGBT transistors the machine keeps running and is free of breakdowns. This cutter will find work in car workshops, in shipbuilding, in sheet metal and locksmith shops and in many other trades.
