Spawlab.pl
We are the manufacturer, your guarantee of top quality
We build professional welding cables in our own workshop. That is why, when you buy at Spawlab.pl, you know that every part, from the cable to the holder, has been chosen with care. What is more, everything has been assembled with attention to the smallest detail. As a result, we guarantee uncompromising quality and full technical support.
Professional electrode cable 200 A / 10 m, maximum reach without power losses
Work at height, in distant parts of the hall or on large structures without moving the welder. That is exactly why we built the 10 metre electrode cable. However, to keep full performance over such a distance, we used a thicker 50 mm² cable. As a consequence, you get great freedom at work while keeping a strong and stable welding arc.

Key features and benefits, an advantage in every detail
Thicker 50 mm² Cable: Power Guaranteed Over Distance
The longer the cable, the larger the voltage drop. That is why, to make up for the 10 metre length, we used a thicker H01N2-D cable with a cross section of 50 mm². In practice this means that the electrical resistance is much lower than in thinner cables. As a result, the full 200 A reaches your holder and the arc stays stable and easy to control, even far from the welder.
Ergonomic 200 A Electrode Holder: Full Control
Even the best cable is useless without a good holder. That is exactly why we used a fully insulated, ergonomic 200 A model. First of all, its shaped body and good balance make it sit perfectly in the hand. What is more, a strong spring holds the electrode securely. In the end, you gain full control and comfort, which decides the outcome of precise work.
An Armoured Hydraulic Connection
A cable is only as good as its weakest point. For that reason, we join the cable to the plug by hydraulic crimping. In the end, this creates a monolithic joint that is mechanically very strong and conducts the current perfectly. So, you can be sure that this part will never let you down, even under intensive use in difficult conditions.
Proven quality: the calculation for 200 A / 10 m
A low voltage drop across the whole circuit is the key to a stable arc. That is why we show the calculation openly.
Step 1: Collecting the data
- Welding current (I): 200 A
- Total circuit length (L): 20 m (10 m electrode lead + 10 m earth lead)
- Cross section (A): 50 mm²
- Resistivity of copper (ρ): ≈ 0.0175 Ω, mm²/m
Step 2: Calculating the resistance (R)
R = (ρ × L) / A = (0.0175 × 20) / 50 = 0.007 Ω
Step 3: Calculating the voltage drop (ΔU)
ΔU = I × R = 200 A × 0.007 Ω = 1.40 V
Conclusion
As you can see, a result of 1.40 V proves that the set has been designed correctly. Namely, the thicker 50 mm² cable makes up for the long run and keeps the voltage drop within safe limits.
To sum up, with this electrode cable you get:
- A maximum working reach thanks to the 10 metre length.
- Full 200 A power at the end of the cable thanks to the thicker 50 mm² cable.
- Comfort and precision, given by the ergonomic electrode holder.
- Reliability for years, provided by the hydraulically crimped connection.
I recommend it
