We are the manufacturer, a guarantee of the highest quality
We offer professional welding cables from our own production. For that reason, when you buy at Spawlab.pl you have full certainty that every part, from the cable to the holder, has been selected with care. What is more, everything is assembled with attention to the smallest detail. As a result, we guarantee quality without compromise and full technical support.
Professional electrode cable 300A / 10m, high power at maximum distance
Work freely on large structures, on site or at height, with no compromise on power. That is exactly why we built the 10 metre electrode cable for 300A. However, to keep the full output over such a distance we used a thick 70 mm² cable. In consequence, you get a lot of freedom of movement and at the same time the strong, stable arc that heavy work calls for.

Key features and benefits, an advantage in every detail
70 mm² cable: power guaranteed over 10 metres
Carrying a current of 300A over such a distance calls for serious solutions. For that reason, to make up for the length of 10 metres we used a thick H01N2-D cable with a cross section of 70 mm². In practice this means that its much lower electrical resistance prevents an excessive voltage drop. As a result, full power reaches your holder and the arc stays stable and easy to control, even at the very end of the cable.
Solid 300A electrode holder: a firm grip, better results
Work at 300A calls for a holder that is firm and safe. That is exactly why the heart of this cable is a reinforced, fully insulated 300A holder. First of all, its solid body is made for work with thicker electrodes, and a strong spring holds them securely. What is more, the insulating materials cope very well with higher temperatures. As a result, you can weld longer and more safely, with full trust in your tool.
Armoured hydraulic connection
The quality of a cable is defined by its weakest point. For this reason, we join the cable to the plug by hydraulic crimping. In the end, this creates a monolithic connection, mechanically very strong and with excellent conductivity. So you can be sure that this part will never let you down, even in intensive use under hard conditions.
Confirmed quality: the calculation for 300A / 10m
A low voltage loss in the whole circuit is the key to a stable arc. That is why we show a transparent calculation.
Step 1: the input data
- Welding current (I): 300 A
- Total circuit length (L): 20 m (10m electrode cable + 10m earth cable)
- Cross section (A): 70 mm²
- Resistivity of copper (ρ): ≈ 0.0175 Ω, mm²/m
Step 2: the resistance (R)
R = (ρ × L) / A = (0.0175 × 20) / 70 = 0.005 Ω
Step 3: the voltage drop (ΔU)
ΔU = I × R = 300 A × 0.005 Ω = 1.50 V
Conclusion
As you can see, the result of 1.50 V proves that the set has been designed correctly. Namely, the use of a thicker 70 mm² cable makes up for the long distance and keeps the voltage drop within safe limits.
In summary, with this electrode cable you gain:
- A maximum reach of 10 metres in work at a current of 300A.
- Full 300A power at the end of the cable thanks to the thicker 70 mm² conductor.
- A firm grip and safety, given by the solid 300A electrode holder.
- Reliability for years, given by the hydraulically crimped connection.
I recommend it
