We are the manufacturer, your guarantee of top quality
We build professional welding cables in our own workshop. That is why, when you buy at Spawlab.pl, you know that every part, from the cable to the holder, has been chosen with care. What is more, everything has been assembled with attention to the smallest detail. As a result, we guarantee uncompromising quality and full technical support.
Professional electrode cable 300 A / 5 m, more reach for high power
When you need more freedom on heavy structural work, this cable is the right answer. First of all, it joins 300 A of power with a comfortable 5 metre reach. As a consequence, you can move freely around larger parts without shifting the welder all the time. Naturally, the matched 50 mm² cable and the solid 300 A holder keep power and precision at the top level.

Key features and benefits, an advantage in every detail
Solid 300 A Electrode Holder: A Firm Grip, Better Results
Work at 300 A calls for a safe and dependable holder. That is exactly why the heart of this cable is a reinforced, fully insulated 300 A holder. First of all, its solid build is made for thicker electrodes, and a strong spring holds them firmly. What is more, the insulating materials cope well with higher temperatures. As a result, you can weld longer and more safely, with full trust in your tool.
50 mm² H01N2-D Cable: Performance Over Distance
To move 300 amperes over 5 metres efficiently you need the right conductor. Namely, an H01N2-D cable with a cross section of 50 mm² is what makes that work. Thanks to that, the cable does not overheat during intensive work and the voltage drop stays low. In the end, its flexible rubber sheath still gives high comfort at work despite the larger diameter.
An Armoured Hydraulic Connection
A cable is only as good as its weakest point. For that reason, we join the cable to the plug by hydraulic crimping. In the end, this creates a monolithic joint that is mechanically very strong and conducts the current perfectly. So, you can be sure that this part will never let you down, even under the hardest work.
Proven quality: the calculation for 300 A / 5 m
A low voltage drop across the whole circuit is the key to a stable arc. That is why we show the calculation openly.
Step 1: Collecting the data
- Welding current (I): 300 A
- Total circuit length (L): 10 m (5 m electrode lead + 5 m earth lead)
- Cross section (A): 50 mm²
- Resistivity of copper (ρ): ≈ 0.0175 Ω, mm²/m
Step 2: Calculating the resistance (R)
R = (ρ × L) / A = (0.0175 × 10) / 50 = 0.0035 Ω
Step 3: Calculating the voltage drop (ΔU)
ΔU = I × R = 300 A × 0.0035 Ω = 1.05 V
Conclusion
As you can see, a voltage drop of 1.05 V is an excellent result for this length. It means that the cable delivers full power without any significant loss, which gives a stable arc.
To sum up, with this electrode cable you get:
- An extended reach of 5 metres when working at 300 A.
- A firm grip and safety thanks to the solid 300 A holder.
- Minimal power losses and thermal protection thanks to the thick 50 mm² cable.
- Reliability for years, provided by the hydraulically crimped connection.
I recommend it
