EasyARC 216P STICK WELDER WITH A PULSE WELDING FUNCTION
SPARTUS® EasyARC 216P is a welder of small dimensions built on advanced inverter technology with IGBT power transistors. It welds with covered electrodes MMA and in TIG Lift DC with the arc struck by scratching.
Running from a single phase mains supply of 230V, the EasyARC 216P becomes a welder that can be used almost anywhere, in the workshop as well as outdoors. The welding current is set in a range from 10 to 200A, so the parameters can be matched flexibly to varied welding jobs. The machine also carries enough power for welding with electrodes up to 5.0mm in diameter.
The modern EasyARC 216P welder has been given a pulsed current welding function.
- The pulse function allows closer control over the process of welding. The welder can set the pulse parameters, such as frequency and amplitude, which makes it possible to match the welding precisely to the given conditions and materials.
- Pulsed welding can help to limit heat distortion, which matters above all when welding thin materials or in places where keeping deformation low is the key point.
- The pulse function makes it possible to lower the risk of excessive spatter of metal, which leads to cleaner and more precise welds.
The EasyARC 216P stands out with high output and low energy use, and the VRD function adds to that. On top of this, the welder has functions that support the welding process, such as:
- ARC FORCE - stabilises the welding process by adjusting the welding current automatically when the arc length changes.
- HOT START - makes striking the welding arc easier through a short rise of the welding current at the start of the process
The modern display gives precise control of the welding parameters, and the stepless current adjustment lets the machine be matched to different materials and electrode diameters. The welder is delivered together with an electrode holder, an earth lead, a welding shield and a hammer. All of it fits in a handy case that keeps transport easy.
SPARTUS® EasyARC 216P is a dependable tool that will serve in many trades, such as light industry, farming, repair work on site and workshop jobs.
