EasyARC 250P AN EFFICIENT AND STRAIGHTFORWARD MMA WELDER WITH PULSE
SPARTUS® EasyARC 250P is a welding machine built on inverter technology with IGBT transistors. It covers a broad set of welding jobs, both in MMA and in TIG Lift. It runs from a three phase 400V mains.
HIGH OUTPUT
With welding current adjustable up to 250A the EasyARC 250P keeps the work moving. The machine welds with electrodes up to 5mm in diameter and with material up to 6.2mm thick.
MMA PULSE WELDING
In MMA Pulse mode the SPARTUS® EasyARC 250P gives closer control over the welding process. The operator sets parameters such as pulse frequency and background current, so the machine can be matched to the material and to the conditions on site. Pulsed welding limits heat distortion, which counts above all on delicate material and wherever deformation has to be kept to a minimum. The pulse function also reduces excessive spatter, so the bead comes out clean and the weld quality is clearly better.
THE INNOVATIVE "SYN" FUNCTION
The SPARTUS® EasyARC 250P has an innovative "SYN" function: once the material thickness is entered, the machine sets the amperage by itself and suggests a suitable electrode diameter. That makes the setup before welding shorter and simpler.
ADDITIONAL SUPPORTING FUNCTIONS
The EasyARC 250P comes with supporting functions such as Arc Force, Hot Start and VRD, which make the machine easier to live with and hold the arc steady from the first strike.
