SPARTUS® EasyCUT 100CNC is made for workshops, production and repair work. Its technology delivers precise and fast cutting of stainless steel, carbon steel, copper and other non-ferrous metals.

POWER AND PRECISION

EasyCUT 100CNC delivers 100A, which cuts even the thickest material while keeping edges precise and smooth enough for demanding standards. Maximum cutting thickness is 55mm.

EASY OPERATION

The intuitive control panel makes the machine simple and convenient to use. Stepless cutting current control lets you match the parameters to the job in hand. However complex the project, you keep full control over the cutting process, and that shows in efficiency and quality of work.

ADVANCED FUNCTIONS

You can choose standard or interrupted cutting mode. The "GRID" function allows precise cutting of mesh and irregular shapes, which opens new uses in many industries.

Pre-flow and post-flow gas control keeps operating conditions right, limits the use of consumables and extends the life of components. In addition, 2T/4T modes allow further adjustment of the machine to the operator preference.

CNC PORT

EasyCUT 100CNC has a CNC control port. Through this connector the machine can be linked to computer control systems, so the cutting process is guided precisely on CNC tables. This lets you run complex projects that call for accurate reproduction of shapes.

SAFETY AND DURABILITY

Contactless arc ignition without HF (high frequency) protects the electrodes and extends their life, and it also keeps the workplace safe because electromagnetic interference is removed. You can be sure the machine is both efficient and safe in use.
