SPARTUS® EasyCUT 100CNC is a sound answer for workshops, production and renovation work. Advanced technology gives it precise and fast cutting of stainless steel, carbon steel, copper and other non-ferrous metals.

POWER AND PRECISION

EasyCUT 100CNC offers a strong 100A, which lets it cut even the thickest materials easily while keeping precise and smooth edges that meet the most demanding standards. The maximum cutting thickness reaches 55mm.

SIMPLE OPERATION

Thanks to the clear control panel, running the machine is very simple and convenient. Stepless cutting current adjustment lets the parameters be matched precisely to the job at hand. Whatever the complexity of the project, you keep full control over the cutting process, and that shows in the efficiency and the quality of the work.

ADVANCED FUNCTIONS

The user has standard or interrupted cutting modes at hand. The "GRID" function allows precise cutting of mesh and irregular shapes, which opens new uses in many trades.

Gas adjustment before and after cutting keeps the working conditions right, lowers the use of consumables and extends the life of the components. On top of that, the 2T/4T modes allow further personalisation of the way the machine works and let it be matched to the preferences of the user.

CNC SOCKET

EasyCUT 100CNC is fitted with a CNC control socket. Through this connector the machine can be linked easily to computer control systems, which allows precise control of the cutting process on CNC welding tables. This advanced solution makes it possible to carry out complex projects that call for exact reproduction of shapes.

SAFETY AND DURABILITY

Contactless arc ignition without HF (high frequency) not only protects the electrodes and extends their life, it also keeps the working environment safe by removing the risk of electromagnetic interference. That way you can be sure that the machine you use is both efficient and safe in operation.
