LIGHT TIG AC/DC PULSE
SPARTUS® Easy TIG 208P AC/DC is a digitally controlled inverter welder built around IGBT transistors. It welds in TIG AC/DC and MMA AC/DC. It runs on a single-phase 230V supply.
The digital function panel is simple to use and gives immediate access to every advanced function of the welder.
The EasyTIG 208P AC/DC strikes the arc in two ways, TIG HF (with high frequency) and TIG Lift (by scratching). The parameter diagram on the panel allows full adjustment of:
gas flow time before and after welding
, current up slope and down slope time
The built-in function of welding with pulsed current (frequency 0.5-200Hz) also allows adjustment of: base current, pulse current and pulse frequency, the parameters needed when joining thin sheet.
Depending on what the welder prefers, the EasyTIG 208P AC/DC can work in 2T or 4T mode.
The EasyTIG 208P AC/DC does well on aluminium thanks to the stepless balance adjustment in the range 10 -99%.
Welding with a covered electrode in MMA AC/DC is supported by the functions Arc Force and Hot Start.
The EasyTIG 208P AC/DC is a good machine for production and service work.
