SPARTUS® ULTRA VX27: PROFESSIONAL PROTECTION AGAINST THE LASER BEAM
The SPARTUS® Ultra VX27 is a specialised helmet for laser welding, cleaning and cutting, designed to give the wearer maximum protection. It is more than an auto-darkening filter that protects your eyes: it is a complete face protection system whose special coating also shields you from reflected and scattered laser radiation. The active filter protects in the 1000-1100 nm range at D LB7 + IR LB8, and the outer coating adds class 1000-1100 DIR LB8. The helmet is suitable for work with class 4 lasers and meets the requirements of EN 207:2017 and EN ISO 16321. The SPARTUS® Ultra VX27 is a dependable piece of equipment wherever safety around a laser beam matters.
EXCELLENT VISIBILITY AND PROTECTION
With optical class 1/1/1/2 and a reaction time of 1/25 000 second, the auto-darkening filter in the SPARTUS® Ultra VX27 gives you excellent visibility and darkens instantly the moment a flash is detected. The shade can be set in two ranges, DIN 4-8 and DIN 8-12, so you can match it precisely to the intensity of the laser beam and the type of work. In standby the filter stays very light: at DIN 2 you see your surroundings and details clearly without taking the helmet off, which makes setting up the workstation and working between welds much easier.
ADVANCED OPERATING MODES AND FULL CONTROL
The helmet offers three operating modes, GRIND, MIX and DARK, which make it easy to adapt to different tasks. MIX mode reduces eye fatigue during spot welding and when working with high-power lasers by passing smoothly through intermediate shade stages. You can also freely adjust the sensor sensitivity and the dark-to-light delay for maximum comfort and safety.
COMFORTABLE, ERGONOMIC DESIGN
The Ultra VX27 offers everyday comfort as well as safety. Its light construction and fully adjustable headgear let the helmet fit your head well. The adjustable viewing angle, the adjustable distance between filter and face and the stable mounting make it work well even during long shifts.
RELIABILITY BACKED BY SPARTUS® QUALITY
The SPARTUS® Ultra VX27 is made for specialists who expect not only effective protection but also comfort and top build quality. It is a laser welding helmet that meets the demands of modern industrial technology and the real needs of professionals.
