The auto-darkening SPARTUS® Easy 101X with hard hat protects the welder's eyes and face from harmful radiation and welding spatter. It performs very well in MIG/MAG, TIG and MMA welding and has a grinding function.
The high-performance auto-darkening filter protects the welder's eyes from harmful UV&IR radiation. It changes its state from dark to light when the arc is struck and returns to the normal state right after welding ends, according to the set delay time. Fast reaction time: 1/25 000s, achieved with 4 highly sensitive sensors. External controls make it easy to set the filter parameters while you work, without taking the helmet off. They let you control the shade (DIN 9-13), sensitivity and delay and switch the helmet to grinding mode.
The Easy 101X is made of a tough, lightweight material. The multi-step headgear adjustment, which among other things lets you set the distance between the filter and your eyes, noticeably increases working comfort and reduces fatigue.
In many situations, health and safety regulations require a safety helmet to protect the operator's head from injury. Typical examples are work on bridges, on steel structures and in large tanks, as well as repair and installation work on boilers and their systems.
Using the SPARTUS® Easy 101X with a hard hat connected through a special adapter gives the welder better protection against the dangerous consequences of possible head injuries. When you wear a welding helmet with a hard hat, you meet the strict health and safety requirements at your workplace. Apart from its protective and formal value, the SPARTUS® Easy with hard hat keeps you comfortable during many hours of use.
