Paton PRO-250 MMA/TIG Lift welder, basic data of the machine
The MMA/TIG Lift welder PATON PRO-250 is made for manual arc welding in the MMA process, for arc welding under argon in the TIG process with direct current and for semi automatic welding in the MIG/MAG process under shielding gases and shielding gas mixtures.
This model reaches a duty cycle of 60% at its full rated current of 250A, which is enough for work with any electrodes from ⌀ 1.6mm up to consumable ⌀ 6mm and for semi automatic welding with solid wire of a diameter from ⌀ 0.6 mm to ⌀ 1.0 mm (MIG/MAG welding is possible after buying a wire feeder). The machine is set to values that suit most uses. Demanding users can set each parameter individually.
