SPAWMIX ANTI-SPATTER SPRAY, OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTION AT SPAWLAB
SPAWMIX 400 ml, silicone-free anti-spatter spray for welding
SPAWMIX 400 ml is a professional silicone-free aerosol that protects torch gas nozzles, welding tools and workpiece surfaces from spatter burning in. The formula is based on modified vegetable oils, so it is safe to use and does not interfere with later finishing steps (such as painting or galvanizing), provided the surface is washed in the usual way.
The spray is intended mainly for the most common arc welding processes, above all MIG/MAG welding. Applied from a distance of 20-30 cm, it forms a thin protective film that noticeably extends the service life of torch consumables and cuts the time spent grinding finished welds. Several pack sizes are available, so you can match your order to what your workshop actually uses.

- 1 pc. (1.84 EUR): Suited to a trial or an urgent need in a small home workshop.
- 3 pcs (5.44 EUR) [you save approx. 1%]: A small reserve that reduces the risk of suddenly running out of welding chemicals during weekend jobs.
- 6 pcs (10.67 EUR) [you save approx. 3%]: Half a carton, a sensible compromise for smaller service shops and mobile service teams.
- 12 pcs (20.91 EUR) [you save approx. 5%]: One full factory carton. Stock for production companies that lowers costs and how often you have to reorder.
- 24 pcs (41.19 EUR) [you save approx. 7%]: Two cartons. The lowest unit cost for intensive production and plant maintenance.

A) Product and properties
Silicone-free formula
The absence of silicone is a key advantage in production plants. Because the base is made of modified vegetable oils, the workpiece surface, once any residue has been removed, can go on to painting, electroplating or galvanizing without worry. This avoids the coating defects known from cheaper silicone-based products.
B) Process and area of use
Protecting MIG/MAG gas nozzles
The main job of the aerosol is to stop hot spatter from building up on and fusing to torch parts (gas nozzles, contact tips). Regular application noticeably extends their service life, reduces how often they have to be replaced and keeps the shielding gas flowing freely during MIG/MAG welding.
Application on the workpiece
Spray a thin layer from a distance of about 20-30 cm directly onto the material next to the weld area. This stops metal beads from sticking permanently to sheet and section surfaces, which greatly reduces time-consuming grinding once the job is finished.
Main industrial applications:
- Protecting consumables of MIG/MAG welding torches.
- Protecting the surface around the weld when welding steel structures.
- Protecting tools (e.g. clamps, pliers) used near the arc.
- Keeping equipment and guards free of slag and spatter build-up.
FAQ, frequently asked questions
Which welding process is this wire/product intended for?
SPAWMIX 400 ml is intended mainly for semi-automatic gas-shielded welding (MIG/MAG), where nozzles and material are most exposed to spatter.
Can I paint the material after using SPAWMIX?
Yes. Since the product contains no silicone (it is based on modified vegetable oils), you can paint or galvanize the part without problems once it has been properly washed and degreased.
How is the product applied?
The product comes in an aerosol can (propellant: propane/butane). Spray it evenly from the recommended distance of 20-30 cm and avoid applying too thick a layer.
