The INDUCTOR 2000 is designed for fast, highly efficient and at the same time safe heating of metal parts. It replaces conventional heating with flammable gases (propane-butane-oxygen, acetylene-oxygen) in workshops, repair shops, automotive workshops and anywhere bolted joints, sleeves, bearings or hubs have to be heated for removal. It is useful wherever heat is needed quickly and a flame could damage the area around the heated spot, e.g. upholstery, paint, rubber hoses or electrical wiring. The unit uses a modern, efficient method of heating parts and fixtures before hardening, for thawing and similar tasks.

The INDUCTOR 2000 can heat an M14 bolt or nut to 600°C in up to 30 seconds. Getting ready to work is considerably quicker than preparing to heat with flammable gas torches. Induction heating starts once you plug the heater into a 230 V socket, place the inductor coil on or near the part and press the button. The part is heated very quickly to the required level, even until it is "red hot". A white LED lights up the heated spot at the same time, which makes work easier in dark and hard-to-reach places. The induction coils are easy to change and come in many sizes and types, from round coils with a fixed diameter and flat coils for sheet metal to flexible coils that you can wrap around a part of any shape. A set of coils in diameters that are not part of the standard equipment can be ordered separately.
