The INDUCTOR 2000 is capable of heating an M14 bolt or nut to 600°C in up to 30 seconds. Preparation for use is generally faster than preparation for the heating process using flammable gas burners. The induction heating process begins when the heater is plugged into a 230 V outlet, the inductor coil is seated or brought close to the workpiece to be heated and a button is pressed. The workpiece to be heated is heated very quickly according to individual requirements, even to “redness”. A white LED illuminates the heated area at the same time, making it easier for operators in dark and hard-to-reach areas. Induction coils are easily interchangeable and come in many sizes and types ranging from round coils of fixed diameter, flat coils to sheet metal and flexible coils with which we can wrap a workpiece of any surface . For induction heating you can additionally order a set of coils of different diameters which are not included in the standard equipment with the device.
