If you are one of those who like proven and reliable products, be sure to read the following description of the ARC 203 inverter welding machine for welding with direct current (DC) covered electrodes. It is designed for welding with rutile and basic electrodes up to 4 mm of various steels (low carbon, low alloyed, stainless, etc.) and cast iron. The ARC 203 welder has a digital display of welding current, equipped with a simple lamp system. LEDs on the front panel indicate when the power is connected (green LED) or when it is switched off due to overload (red LED). During operation, the electronically controlled infinitely variable welding current control and special equipment overload protection will also certainly come in handy.

The ARC 203 inverter welder has features that make welding easier:

– HOT START (hot start): increases welding current during arc ignition to facilitate electrode ignition
– ARC FORCE (arc dynamics): shortens the arc length when increasing the welding current optimizing the transfer of molten electrode droplets to the welded material, preventing arc extinction when the electrode comes into contact with the welded material
– ANTI STICK: limits the welding current by preventing the electrode from sticking to the material being welded

The small and lightweight design makes the ARC 203 inverter welding machine for direct current (DC) covered electrode welding applicable for repair work in workshop conditions as well as for field work.
