WiseThin+ is a specially developed low-energy arc welding process for manual and automated welding of thin sheet metal. It uses precise voltage measurement and current control. It gives you the quality typical of mixed-gas welding while using pure CO₂. It widens the usable parameter window and so reduces the need for smaller-diameter wire. Soft, easy-to-control arc. Excellent weld quality on sheet 0.8-3.0 mm thick. Less heat input and distortion. Excellent arc ignition for tacking and stitch welds.
