A steel structure manufacturer from Greater Poland ran 40 MIG/MAG machines on two shifts. We came to the plant with parts and measuring instruments and checked the power supply, cooling circuits, wire feeders and torches. 12 machines got new rolls and liners, in 5 we replaced the coolant, in 3 we repaired the interconnection cables.
We worked during breaks and after the second shift, so production stood still for 4 hours in total instead of the planned two days. At the end the customer received 40 reports with measurements and a list of parts worth keeping in stock for the next six months.
