What it is for
An extended nozzle reaches further than the standard one, for example into corners and recesses. Use it with the shield cup for extended nozzles 82.25.022; the SP 70 parts list also has a long electrode 82.25.025. Above 50 A choose the 1.10 mm extended nozzle (82.25.027).

How does it differ from the standard 0.95 mm nozzle?
Orifice and current range are the same (0.95 mm, 20 to 50 A). Length and shield cup differ: the extended nozzle takes shield cup 82.25.022. The standard nozzle (82.25.028) comes in packs of 10, the extended one in packs of 5.
Does it fit other plasma torches?
Böhler lists this part for the SP 70 torch of the SABER 70 CHP. We do not confirm compatibility with other torches.
