What it is for
Fit the 0.95 mm nozzle when you cut at 20 to 50 A. Above 50 A switch to the 1.10 mm nozzle (82.25.013). For cutting with the torch resting on the workpiece, use the contact cutting shield cup 82.25.015.
Replace the nozzle when the orifice is no longer round or is burnt and the kerf gets wider. Check the electrode at the same time.

0.95 mm or 1.10 mm?
The current decides: the 0.95 mm nozzle for 20 to 50 A, the 1.10 mm nozzle for 50 to 70 A. SP 70 works up to 70 A (50% duty cycle).
Which shield cup should I use?
For cutting with the torch guided on the workpiece, the contact cutting shield cup 82.25.015 (3 pcs). Extended and gouging nozzles have their own shield cups.
