ArcDrive program for BÖHLER EMK 6 wire, 0.6 mm, with M20 shielding gas. You work in synergic or manual mode, with short arc or spray arc.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production. M20 contains less CO2 than M21, so the arc is calmer and produces less spatter.

How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position. The PulseDrive version of this program: PulseDrive 0.6 mm, gas M20 (79.P1.01199).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
The curves are tuned to BÖHLER EMK 6. The Universal ARC line has programs for the G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) class, but not in this combination of family, diameter and gas. Ask us before ordering.
