This synergic ArcDrive program is set up for BÖHLER EMK 8 wire, 0.6 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. It covers short arc and spray arc, in manual and synergic mode.
What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.

Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position. The PulseDrive version of this program: PulseDrive 0.6 mm, gas M21 (79.P1.00698).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M21. For C1 choose a separate program: ArcDrive 0.6 mm, gas C1 (79.S1.00198).
