This PulseDrive pulse program is set up for BÖHLER EMK 8 wire, 0.6 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. It provides pulsed arc and double pulse, which means less spatter and better pool control.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production. The 0.6 mm diameter suits thin sheet and small, precise welds. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.
