This synergic ArcDrive program is set up for BÖHLER EMK 8 Ultra wire, 1.0 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. This is classic MIG/MAG without pulse: short arc at lower currents and spray arc at higher ones.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
Should I choose RapiDeep instead of ArcDrive?
If productivity matters to you, yes. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration and less heat. The guide does not list it for TERRA NX 400/500 MSE or URANOS NX 2700. The same set-up in RapiDeep: RapiDeep 1.0 mm, gas M21 (79.RD.23298).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
The curves are tuned to BÖHLER EMK 8 Ultra. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: ArcDrive G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) 1.0 mm, gas M21 (79.S1.008).
