This ArcDrive program sets up the machine to weld with BÖHLER Q G4 wire, 0.6 mm, with M20 shielding gas. This is classic MIG/MAG without pulse: short arc at lower currents and spray arc at higher ones.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position. The PulseDrive version of this program: PulseDrive 0.6 mm, gas M20 (79.P1.01196).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
The curves are tuned to BÖHLER Q G4. The Universal ARC line has programs for the G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) class, but not in this combination of family, diameter and gas. Ask us before ordering.
