This ArcDrive program sets up the machine to weld with BÖHLER Q G4 wire, 0.9 mm, with M21 shielding gas. It covers short arc and spray arc, in manual and synergic mode.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Typical work: steel structures, frames, tanks and machine parts in unalloyed and low-alloy steel.

Yes, if your model is on the list above. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position. The PulseDrive version of this program: PulseDrive 0.9 mm, gas M21 (79.P1.14996).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
The curves are tuned to BÖHLER Q G4. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: ArcDrive G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) 0.9 mm, gas M21 (79.S1.149).
