Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. ArcDrive has the widest machine list: it also covers TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive and TERRA NX 400/500 MSE. Give the machine model and serial number with your order so we can confirm compatibility with its software. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.
How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position. The PulseDrive version of this program: PulseDrive 1.6 mm, gas M20 (79.P1.01596).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M20. For C1 choose a separate program: ArcDrive 1.6 mm, gas C1 (79.S1.00596).
