This RapiDeep program runs the T.MAP process for BÖHLER Q G4 wire, 1.6 mm, with M20 shielding gas. The manufacturer lists a more stable arc, less heat and fewer weld defects for RapiDeep.
What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for unalloyed and low-alloy steels, which covers most structural work. M20 contains less CO2 than M21, so the arc is calmer and produces less spatter.

Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M20. For M21 choose a separate program: RapiDeep 1.6 mm, gas M21 (79.RD.01096).
