This ArcDrive program sets up the machine to weld with diamondspark 52 RC wire, 1.2 mm, with M21 shielding gas. You work in synergic or manual mode, with short arc or spray arc.
What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. Typical work: steel structures, frames, tanks and machine parts in unalloyed and low-alloy steel. The 1.2 mm diameter suits medium and thicker plate, typical in fabrication work.

Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position.
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M21. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels. For C1 choose a separate program: ArcDrive 1.2 mm, gas C1 (79.S1.02899).
