This synergic ArcDrive program is set up for diamondspark 52 RC wire, 1.2 mm diameter, with C1 shielding gas. This is classic MIG/MAG without pulse: short arc at lower currents and spray arc at higher ones.
What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Typical work: steel structures, frames, tanks and machine parts in unalloyed and low-alloy steel.

How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position.
Can I use this program with a different wire?
The curves are tuned to diamondspark 52 RC. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
