What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for stainless and acid-resistant steels. The 0.9 mm diameter sits between the common 0.8 and 1.0 mm sizes, so the program is matched to exactly this size.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. ArcDrive has the widest machine list: it also covers TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive and TERRA NX 400/500 MSE. Give the machine model and serial number with your order so we can confirm compatibility with its software. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.
How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position.
Can I use another E309LT1-4 wire?
The curves are tuned to FOXcore 309L-T1. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
