This synergic ArcDrive program is set up for FOXcore 316L-T1 wire, 0.9 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. You work in synergic or manual mode, with short arc or spray arc.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it on stainless steels, where a clean weld and little spatter count.

Which machine can run this program?
Any machine on the list above. ArcDrive has the widest machine list: it also covers TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive and TERRA NX 400/500 MSE. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position.
Can I use another E316LT1-4 wire?
The curves are tuned to FOXcore 316L-T1. The Universal ARC line has programs for the CrNi 19 12 3 FCW (E316) class, but not in this combination of family, diameter and gas. Ask us before ordering.
