The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. The program is meant for stainless and acid-resistant steels.

Should I choose RapiDeep instead of ArcDrive?
If productivity matters to you, yes. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration and less heat. The guide does not list it for TERRA NX 400/500 MSE or URANOS NX 2700. The same set-up in RapiDeep: RapiDeep 1.2 mm, gas M12 (79.RD.26599).
Can I use another ER318 wire?
The curves are tuned to Thermanit A-318 Si. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
